Initial consultation 295.00
This consultation fee is payable on the day of your initial meeting. If we are doing further work for you following our initial meeting, the consultation fee will be credited toward the fee for that work.

These cases start with an initial consultation ($295). If we are doing further work for you, we will quote a flat fee after our initial meeting once we understand your needs and the complexity and extent of the legal work that will be involved.

Includes consultation and preparation of Last Will and Testament. It also includes, if needed/desired: financial Power of Attorney, Advanced Directive for Health Care, and Funeral Planning Declaration. 🡪 You may add on a Transfer on Death Deed and consultation for Probate Avoidance using beneficiary/Transfer on death transactions (if appropriate for you) for an additional +$395.00
